Abstract

The progress of science is the way of humanity to the noosphere. The ultimate goal of developing a new noospheric world view is to build a scientific picture of the real world that would find an explanation for everything that exists, to represent the developing world as a whole, to create an adequate language to describe it and to contact harmoniously with him. The article deals with the scientific and philosophical bases of formation of the vacuum-physical picture of the world as the scientific base of the noosphere. The problems and prospects of development of the noospheric world view and consciousness on the basis of the representations of the ubiquity and ontological primacy of physical vacuum is discussed.
