Abstract

Uniform fundamental principles of construction of geometry and forms of movement of the Universe are investigated; fundamental hypotheses about their relativity are deduced. The hypothesis of the Kantor–Gilbert–Gedel about structurization of borders of space-time and material formations is put forward.
