Abstract

In the article, the role and place of the genius in the history of Azerbaijan was studied in order to present the political portraits of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people. Based on concrete facts, the author shows the greatness and service of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people in the creation and development of sovereign Azerbaijan, and the role of Heydar Aliyev's political successor, Ilham Aliyev, in the liberation of Karabakh from the 30-year Armenian occupation. I. Aliyev returned not only Shusha and Karabakh to the Azerbaijani people, but also Azerbaijan to the Azerbaijanis- the victorious Azerbaijan.
