Predetermined Nature of 'spirit soul' in humans is that it cannot be compelled to choose "eternal-life values" due to attributes of volition, and thrives when able to opt / freedom of choice; due to freedom being inclusive of 'responsibility', restrictions to curtail and limit irresponsible choices is vital [and then only is 'freedom']. ........................
