Analysis of the Ontological Argument of Gödel

Abstract

Gödel's proof of the existence of God is outlined. Then, we propose a simple critique of the assumptions of this demonstration, correct inside his formal language. The critique questions the truth of some of the premises or axioms that Gödel considers as the basis for his demonstration. Finally, Gödel’s Godis characterized in contrast to the God of Anselmo.
