Abstract

Cet article invite à découvrir la présence de Marie, Mère de Dieu, dans la Bible et dans la tradition de l'Église. Contrairement à ce que peuvent penser certains catholiques, et surtout certains protestants, L'Église Catholique n'a pas créé une nouveauté afin de rehausser la personne de Marie; elle n'adore pas non plus Marie à la place de Dieu. L'Église cherche simplement à répondre et à perpétuer - par l'étude et la dévotion - les paroles de Marie transmises par saint Luc : " Voici, en effet, que désormais toutes les générations me diront bienheureuse ". Cet article rappelle l'importance de la place de la Vierge dans la vie quotidienne du chrétien cherchant à vivre selon les désirs du Christ Jésus. /// This article invites the reader to discover the presence of Mary, Mother of God, in the Bible and in the tradition of the Church. Notwithstanding what certain Catholics, and especially certain Protestants, might think, the Catholic Church did not create something new in order to enhance the person of Mary; Catholics do not adore Mary in the place of God. The Church simply seeks to respond and perpetuate - through study and devotion - the words of Mary transmitted by Saint Luke: "For behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed". This article underlines the importance of the Virgin in the daily life of the Christian who wants to live according to the desires of Jesus Christ
