Abstract

The article describes the key features of high-tech industry as a production based on knowledge, interpretation of the adaptive business processes concept is proposed, the approach to setting the key performance indicators of business processes and hierarchical model of selecting key performance indicators within the concept of adaptive business processes are developed.
