Abstract

The problem of philosophical understanding of biological systems and dialectical principles of life are one of the classic problems of our undying interest of researchers in recent years. This interest to the problem defined by its fundamental nature, characterized by features of biological knowledge, integral features of the vital processes and the value of this issue for biology. In solving these important problems in biology, the main issue is the formation of the dialectical philosophy. In this article, there is an attempt to describe the dialectic of material structures at the level of the unit of biological organization. The integrity of the biological systems is based on the relationships of events and the occurrence of feedback, the interactions, interdependence and complementarities, which in turn form the basis of all the mechanisms of self-regulation. The results of individual interactions are not uniquely defined, and are characterized by probability. A series of such interactions leads to the statistics, which is characterized by a probability distribution of such interaction. The presence of a particular regular and orderly in the elementary events is the basis of self-regulation and order in biological systems. These facts show the role of the notion of an elementary process, its methodological significance in the structure of biological knowledge. Procedural thinking is of particular methodological significance in modern biology, reflects the most important properties of the biological reality and attitudes contribute to the definition of new relations in a biological system. In this sense, procedural approach serves as a methodological guide in biological systems that are of great philosophical significance and requires further analysis and the philosophical and methodological reflection.
