Social Adaptation of Graduates of Medical Higher Schools in Modern Conditions (by the Example of Young Doctors in Specialty Medical Business)

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to review and describe diagnostic procedures which can be used to study adaptation of young doctors, first coming into office after graduation. The relevant scientific data and results of empirical research are analyzed. On the basis of generalization of theoretical and empirical data adequate diagnostic procedures are formed that will allow us to describe this complex process in the life of a young doctor.
