Abstract

The article deals with the practical and theoretical aspects of the neutral status of European countries which are members of the European Union. Correlation foreign policy without pitch neutral participation in the Common European Security and Defence Policy. We consider the concept of neutrality as part of the institutional development of the European security structures. Attention is also focused on interoperability collective enforcement action with the policy of neutrality. Therefore, the object of scientific analysis as was the role of the UN in attracting neutral collective military action of the EU.
