Abstract

The fourth and last of the general textbooks in the Learning from Religion series, this text considers personal, social and global issues in the light of the religious experience and teaching of founders, leaders and believers from the major world faiths represented in Britain. Religious and moral issues - life and death, religion and human relationships, religion, wealth and poverty, religion and prejudice - are approached through the student's own life experience. Assignments for individual and group work are provided.
