Two Open Problems in Consciousness Studies: In Relation to Freeman Neurodynamics

Abstract

Two open problems in consciousness studies are discussed in this paper: what is the relationship between consciousness and brain activity, and is consciousness global or localized? A view from Freeman neurodynamics is reviewed and a neurodynamics global workspace hypothesis of consciousness is proposed.
