Abstract

The following exerpts are from a lecture delivered by Walter W. Heller at the Pick-Congress Hotel, Chicago, Illinois, on October 18, 1965. This lecture was the first of a series of lectures given by Roosevelt University through a grant of the Edward A. Filene Fund, under the general title "The Monetary and Fiscal Revolution." Because of the extreme timeliness of Dr. Heller's remarks, the Editor felt that these remarks, even in this rough form, consti tute a significant contribution to our understanding of current economic problems.
