Abstract

Neste artigo, reflete-se sobre a importância de pensar a relação transferencial na clínica com crianças em sofrimento psíquico grave para além da interpretação. Utilizando como referencial teórico e clínico as contribuições de Winnicott, é relatado um estudo de caso, no qual a transferência é marcada pela destruição e pela sobrevivência da analista em um ambiente holding, a partir do qual a criança pôde usar a analista, retomando o processo de constituição de si mesma e da externalidade do mundo.This article reflects on the importance of thinking the transference relation in the clinic with children in serious psychic suffering far beyond the interpretation.
