Abstract

Papers on the amount of leisure now and in the future, planning by government for the wise use of leisure, and the practical conditions under which such planning would have to be implemented. Somewhat lonely amid all the behavioral science is "A Philosophical Definition of Leisure," by Paul Weiss, in which he considers the relation between leisure and work, the difference between leisure and recreation, and the proper use of leisure time.—J.
