RésuméCette revue résume les méthodes qui ont été utilisées jusqu'ici pour analyser les protéines et déterminer leurs séquences. Elle contient aussi quelques brèves indications concernant de nouvelles méthodes et certains problèmes qui restent à résoudre.SummaryThe goal of this review is to indicate the way in which the analysis of proteins and the determination of their sequences has been carried out until now.
