Abstract

The article analyzes the essence of corporate culture of global corporations, which is revealed on the basis of the analysis of the development of the concept of organizational behavior, causes of corporations appearance and development of corporate governance, the essence of globalization, signs of global corporations, sources of human values underlying the modern world incorporation process.
