The second half of the XX century in western political science formed a tendency to reorient scientific studies from politic institutions to analyze the behaviour of political actors and its influence on the political process. Key terms: «Homo Politicus», political behaviour, policy genesis, biocentrism. Biopolitics can be defined as an interdisciplinary branch of scientific knowledge that explores the political person as a species with a focus on physiological mechanisms of political behaviour and its influence on the political process. The study proposed integration model of biopolitical view of political behaviour, which included genetics and social factors.
