Practice and theory of «just war» in the XXI century

Abstract

The features of armed conflict occurring in the XXI century are analyzed. The nature and basic principles of the theory of «just war» are determined. We study the transformation of the theory and criteria of «just war» under the influence of new realities of solving, maintenance and ending of hostilities.
