Abstract

The author analyzes selected press articles published in the online version of the "Newsweek Polska" weekly, concerning the synodal sessions of the Catholic Church in 2014 and 2015. The research discusses the presentation of the synod from the point of view of the used categories of identity and stereotype. The author uses the press content analysis method and the hermeneutic method.
