Abstract

Peking University was established in 1995 in Zongjiaoxueji. The following year, the school held the first China International Conference of Religious Studies, Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan is Taiwan's first department to learn all of these敎University. Fu Jen was the first institution in Taiwan to etablish a relgious studies graduate school in 1988. In 1992, Fu Jen established an undergraduate program for religious studies. I hope to introduce in detail this department's special characteristics, class structure, faculty and achievements. Of these achievements there are twelve of the thirty-three master's thesises available for public perusal. Finally, I would like to emphasize the departments efforts in pursuing a dialogue of religions in our classes, this is indeed a special characteristic of our Catholic university
