Abstract
This chapter is in two parts: the first part summarizes the talks delivered at the Dayalbagh Science of Consciousness series of conferences in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and at the Quantum and Nano Computing Systems School (QANSAS) in 2017, 2018, and 2019. The work bridges the domains of quantum computing systems and the field of abstract graph theoretic topological systems modelling through simulation studies. We also show connections of the quantum-modelling framework to biology that provides a strong basis for studies in the domain of consciousness. I intend that this chapter will provide a starting point for readers interested to pursue research in this domain. We also present some direction for future work in this emerging area that will eventually bring better understanding of human consciousness with the beauty of mathematics.
