Resumo: Em 2002, vinte pesquisadores produziram um manifesto na Universidade de Stanford, abordando basicamente questões de epistemologia. Este contra-manifesto procura discutir quatro conceitos básicos do manifesto de Stanford: interdisciplinaridade, co-emergência, co-extensividade e emergência.Palavras-chave: teoria do conhecimento; origem do universo; interdisciplinaridade; filosofia da ciência; emergência.: In 2002, twenty researchers signed a manifest at Stanford University, addressing basically epistemological issues.
