On Evolution of the Concept of Celestial Beings during Wei-Jin Period from a New Account of Tales of the World

Abstract

From the "Shi" and related material can be seen in the formation process of Taoist gods, gods of good ideas from the writers or the Kingdom of the ideal personality change for the literary interests and desires of their own reality and to identify the other hand, , thus showing a scholar and spiritual ideas of the social formation of personality trajectories. The concept of celestial beings had been transferred to the literati's identifying their own practical interests from their ideal of the kingdom during the process of the formation of Taoism according to A New Account of Tales of the World and other materials. It showed the social process of literati's thoughts and psychological personality
