Abstract
"This study proposes an interpretation of Gianfrancesco Pico della Mirandola's philosophical writings, in order to establish whether some common conceptual topics can be found in Pico's works and in order to better appreciate the role of this author in the history of Renaissance philosophy. Pico's works seem to repeat, almost obsessively, just one consideration: humankind is not able to gain, by means of reasoning, true knowledge.
