Abstract

In this paper we address the issue of measuring Gender Equality in Academia. To this aim, the efforts of our research group at the University of Padua in the framework of the FP7-EU Project GenderTime were devoted to outline a new specific tool tailored to deal with this specific task. The main structure and the methodology of the system of indicators composing the tool we have implemented are presented, together with some obtained results.
