Abstract

The article discusses the differences between political services presented as values and cultural values as presented the aspects of creativity. The creativity itself is analysed as a process of individual’s rational decision-making as well as a manifestation of irrational powers of the creator. The reasons behind the increasing expenditure for creation of political services as well as influence on transparency of political activity are analysed. The peculiarities of creativity in creation of products of political services as values are highlighted by three components of creativity.
