Abstract

Ninette (2005), de José Luis Garci, es la segunda adaptación cinematográfica de la exitosa comedia Ninette y un señor de Murcia (1964), de Miguel Mihura. El artículo analiza los criterios seguidos por el director y su guionista habitual, Horacio Valcárcel, en su adaptación, que se considera poco fiel al espíritu original de la obra teatral y contradictorio con la presentación de la película como homenaje a Miguel Mihura.
