A substantial group of forty-four articles focusing on biological, environmental, cognitive, and unconscious determinants of behavior. All the essays were published by Scientific American from 1948-1966. Such collections are indispensable background for anyone interested in problems of perception, emotion, language, learning, and social behavior.
