Abstract

The purpose of the study – The purpose of the study is to examine the peculiarities of the disclosure of illegal seizure of uncleared cars committed by organized groups. The methodological basis of the scientific article is a holistic and coherent system of methods, which allowed to properly analyze the subject of research, in particular, used scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. The theoretical basis of this publication is the work of national scientists to detect and investigate the illegal seizure of cars committed by organized groups. The scientific novelty of the publication is to determine, based on the study of investigative practice, scientifically sound recommendations of national scientists to improve the detection and investigation of illegal seizure of cars committed by organized groups, features of disclosure of illegal seizure of uncleared cars committed by organized groups. Conclusions.
