Abstract

-Effectiveness of doctrine , after development, gradually form a behavior-effectiveness of doctrine and rule-effectiveness of doctrine two major areas. View this article conducted these two ideas of Marxism-effectiveness evidence and regardless, that when faced with "two difficult moral" situation, ie when two of the ethics rules that conflict with the rules of conduct doctrine-effectiveness are not satisfactorily resolved. -Effectiveness of doctrine at the expense of people coming to seek the value of cool-effectiveness of the cooling theory, although the end result led to the largest-effectiveness, but not everyone in the community can be the most satisfying of his own fortune Fook. This paper is to investigate the main thoughts and arguments of act utilitarianism and rule utilitarianism. It is pointed out that both act utilitarianism and rule utilitarianism fail to provide sufficient underpinnings for the condition of moral dilemmas when we feel the need to rely on moral judgments and take action. It is concluded that despite the principle of the pursuit of the greatest happiness of the greatest number, utilitarianism cannot assure that each individual can own the greatest satisfaction and happiness, given that it is meant to sacrifice the benefits of some individuals
