Processes of internal and external political communication in modern political parties: the main conceptual positions

Abstract

Article is dedicated to the description of the main conceptual positions in the investigation process of internal and external political communication in modern political parties. The subject of the article is party communication an integral component of the functioning of political parties within the political system. The purpose of this article is the analysis of the main theoretical - methodological approaches of foreign and domestic scientists to understand the concept of «party communication» as an integral part of the political communication. Methodological basis relies upon scientifi works of domestic and foreign researchers in the filds of partology, party building and partogenesis. In the process of writing the work we used the methods of induction, deduction, analysis and synthesis. There have also been applied structural - functional and comparative methods. The novelty of the work is the comprehensive study of the internal and external aspects political communication of modern parties, their basic forms and functional principles. While studying this problematic, the following results were achieved: - Were determined the basic forms of external and internal communicational aspect in the activities of political parties; - Were designated the perspective directions of creating communicational strategies in the activities of the parties; - Were thoroughly examined the informal component of the political communication in the process of party building. The practical signifiance of the work is that a comprehensive analysis of the partycommunicational processes will give domestic political parties an opportunity to create more effective communication strategies in the process of interaction with other participants in the political process. As a conclusion, we can argue that political-communicative aspect of political parties has not been fully studied yet and requires a detailed analysis. Through this analysis, we can signifiantly improve the existing concept of party building with further construction of a democratic party system.
