On Exact Solutions to the Cylindrical Poisson-Boltzmann Equation with Applications to Polyelectrolytes

Abstract

Using exact results from the theory of completely integrable systems of the Painleve/Toda type, we examine the consequences for the theory of polyelectrolytes in the Poisson-Boltzmann approximation.
