Abstract

Commodity economy in this century is becoming the trend for the end of the century, the human desire to enjoy the endless consumption and the expansion of instrumental rationality, derived from human domination of nature and the predatory behavior and all kinds of consumer ethics and environmental ethics. This paper by the Confucian and Taoist values ​​and ethics of food to reflect and respond to our daily lives can not escape the issue.
