Phenomenology of becoming a charismatic leader: solokvium

Abstract

In this article examines the becoming of charismatic leader. It is argued, that such a political person is able to generate and implement modern national idea. In Ukraine are existing factors that may cause the emergence of a charismatic leader. The problem of political leadership examined in the context of relevant sociological, psychological and political theories. The phenomenon of charismatic leadership necessary to supplement its definition in the context of a philosophical theory of knowledge. The author poses the problem to prove the phenomenological nature of becoming a charismatic leader. People recognize exceptional spiritual qualities of a charismatic leader. Therefore, they are submitting to him. So we are talking about spiritual formation of charismatic. Becoming means the movement to implement the absolute idea (G.Hegel). The process of becoming is a collection of acts of domestic experience in their immediate presence. Such acts of immediate experience of consciousness were analyzed phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. Phenomenological process of spiritual formation is realized in the form of internal monologue. Such form of investigation of inner nature the ancient authors called solokvium. The author offers this version of the logical definition of solokvium as a scientific term: Solokvium ­ phenomenological way of becoming of personality, takes the form as an internal monologue. The author gives examples of using solokvium in the creative heritage of Mark Avreliy, Seneka, Gregoriy Skovoroda. It is proved that the phenomenological effect is associated with a characteristic feature of solokvium. It is called «unlock in life.» The author argues that following studies of this problem are able in part of analysis of internal monologue and in search of other means of becoming a charismatic leader.
