Abstract

This paper presents the development of an AI-driven emotional support chatbot designed to provide personalized and real-time mental health care. The chatbot leverages natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to respond to users' emotional needs, offering support in multiple languages to improve accessibility. The chatbot also integrates professional mental health resources to enhance its effectiveness. This study aims to bridge the gap between traditional mental health support systems and the growing demand for digital mental health tools. Key results demonstrate increased user engagement, personalized care, and improved mental health outcomes. This approach highlights the chatbot’s potential to revolutionize mental health support systems.
