Abstract

This article presents three keys of the philosophy of the French thinker Jacques Rancière, in order to link it to the contemporary pedagogical reflection. To this end, discusses the concept of dissent, the conception of critical thinking rancieriana, and the proposal of the ignorant master. It is concluded that these philosophical contributions contribute to update the philosophy of education, the pedagogical practice in classrooms, and no doubt the quality and the cultivation of critical thinking.
