Abstract

本书从全球化对国家中心主义的冲击与影响这一问题入手，对法理学中的国家中心主义与世界主义传统进行了理论探讨。法理学中的民族国家中心主义导致当前阶段的理论研究不能冲破以主权及其合法性为基础的传统理论的束缚，使我们不能洞见到国家中心主义对法理法研究的阻碍。
