The Genealogical Approach of Foucault's Later Thoughts: A Textual Study
Abstract
Infiltration and the use of slurry prepared with CVI process ZrB2 ceramic particles 3D-C / SiC composite material, its flexural strength and linear thermal expansion coefficient of the test, by scanning electron microscopy and the fracture surface of composite shape appearance. The results show, 3D-C / SiC composites flexural strength of 107.99 MPa, meet the general thermal protection material requirements; its linear thermal expansion coefficient with temperature variation is due to the carbon fiber and SiC ceramic matrix between the lines does not match the thermal expansion coefficient and thermal residual stress caused. 3D-C / SiC composites with ZrB2 ceramic particle were prepared using chemical vapor infiltration and slurry infiltration technology. The flexural strength and coefficient of thermal expansion of the composites were analyzed. The surface and fracture morphology of the composites were studied using SEM. The results show that the 3D-C / SiC composites have a average flexural strength of 107.99 MPa, which meets the basic requirements of thermal protection materials; the regularity of the way in which the CTE of the composites vary with temperature is resulted from the mismatch of CTE between the fiber and matrix as well as the residual thermal stress in the composites
