Abstract

This article attempts to carry out research to learn another context, from the perspective of contemporary decision-making management to "Book of Changes" in the main axis of Qian, Qian's decision to explore the implications of management thinking. First, from Qian's "family" of view, that this is the "Book of Changes" management philosophy of the plug of the program, then a layer of Qian's "like" and "The classical" hexagram, line statements in the decision-making management ideas From Heaven to the personnel to run the application phase through the layers, that can reach heaven and earth and finally healthy, soft and Gang crocodile and the economy in the United States, is the highest state of the art of management. This will learn the practical application of wisdom to solve the contemporary issues we face, so that everyone can learn to master the wisdom to become the spiritual wealth. This paper is intended to study a different aspect of the Zhou Yi, seeing the decision-management features of Qian Trigram. We begin with Tuan as the fundamental guideline of the management philosophy of Zhou Yi, further investigate the thoughts about decision management contained in Hsiang , Wen Yen , Guaci and Yaoci , make sense of the ways of heaven and the manners of man, and finally enter the supreme state of the art of management, which is the middle way between Qian and Kun as well as hardness and softness. Consequently, we can employ the wisdom of Yi to solve the contemporary issues we are confronted with, making the wisdom of Yi accessible to everyone.
