Discussion on the Scenes and Images of the Ci-poetry of Wen Tingyun
Abstract
Wen Ting-yun unauthorized use of "fish, vegetation, birds," like the natural scenery images, creating a structure around the word yao clouded throughout. Warm words to create images of landscape features is: First, in an objective manner described Mount charming scenery moving in the spring, so full of beautiful color images of beauty; Secondly, use of the night from dusk to dawn, off Gui Yuan, adding to the hazy image of beauty and Qice quiet about identity; recovery times, often in figurative and abstract images created between the clever conversion, which also makes some view images full of warm words ethereal beauty. Wen Tingyun was accomplished in creating a deep and serene Ci-poetry circumstance using the scenes and images such as "bird, fish, grass, tree" from the nature. Thus, the investigation of the creative character of the scenes and images of the Ci -poetry of Wen Tingyun is related with the awareness of the graceful and restrained beauty of the Ci-poetry. This paper discusses these through concrete Ci-poetry selections, and traces the origin and cause of the scenes and imagoes of the Ci-poetry of Wen Tingyun from the aspects of the metaphor tradition of chinese poetry and the hidden bitterness and pitiful beauty of the poetry in the later Tang dynasty
