Abstract

For Duhem problem, Bayesian doctrine has a unique perspective. This paper introduces multi-forest with Stray by Vince Dion their use of Bayesian methods to solve the problem of the two options, trying to say Ming Diang problem in Bayesian mechanism approach, and to compare the two programs that Stray Vince's program is more objective and reasonable. As to Duhem's problem, Bayesianism holds a unique perspective on it. By introducing the two solutions, suggested by Dorling and Strevens respectively, to Duhem's problem with Bayesian approach, this paper aims to explain how Duhem's problem is treated in Bayesian framework, and make a comparison between the two solutions, with a conclusion that Strevens' solution is more rational and objective
