Abstract

"Promote democracy" and "civil society" is a "color revolution" of the legitimacy, but history has proved democratization in the post a "color revolution" countries is only a lie, and civil society is the achievement of this tool lies . "Promote democracy" and "civil society" is a Western liberal - democratic ideals into later - Soviet Union, the channel, but this area really needs is not free - the Western democratic system, but need a political corporatism philosophy
