Abstract

Economic development and economic growth are two different but related concepts. With the transformation of economic development instead of the transformation of economic growth for achieving comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic development, is of great strategic significance. Transformation of economic development, must be in the structure of demand, industrial structure, the structure of factor inputs, urban structure, regional structure, distribution structure and other aspects of economic restructuring. The term 'economy development' is related to but is different from the term 'economy increase'. It is strategic significant for national economy continuable development to use changing the way of economy development to replace changing the way of economy increase.
