En este ensayo nos proponemos realizar un trabajo de traducción, como lo sugiere Boaventura de Sousa Santos, entre aspectos puntuales de la teoría estética de Augusto Boal y algunos de los estudios que sobre la colonialidad del ser han realizado autores como Walter Mignolo y Nelson Maldonado Torres, entre otros. Nuestros objetivos son, primero, subrayar los vínculos entre las dos teorías para revelar la viabilidad de la existencia de una colonialidad del crear; segundo, reflexionar la estética del oprimido (...) como una estética descolonizadora. In this paper I consider two different perspectives on aesthetic experience. On the one hand, there is the tradition of Plato that proposes a metaphysical representation of the world in which sensible and over-sensible are rigidly separated. On the other hand, the early Chinese tradition of Daoism suggests an undivided experience of the world in which the aesthetic engagement with the myriad things (wanwu 萬物) makes actions effective. In particular, I consider how the Zhuangzi, one of the main books of (...) philosophical Daoism, offers an excellent opportunity to rethink the aesthetic experience of the world not as subordinated to epistemology or to the supersensible but as a possibility to adapt oneself to changing circumstances. The conflict between aesthetic experience and the modern vision of the world frames aesthetic experience as a defender of the plurality derived from the perspectives of individuals. This signifies that aesthetic experience confronts the unilateralism of modernity’s vision. This article propounds that this role of aesthetic experience is based on its defense of subjectivity and individuality. This defense, when investigated, reveals the compatibility between phenomenology and pragmatism. This compatibility also demonstrates that aesthetic experience should be understood as a phenomenological experience. (...) In the ontology of the artwork and its regimes of existence, Gérard Genette gives but little room to the theory and practice of restoration. However, restoration is seen in relation to the identity of the work itself and to its material and pragmatic temporality and anachronism. In the wake of Nelson Goodman, it is also understood as a form of actuation and implementaion of the aesthetic experience. Starting from these premises, the present essay intends to examine the relationship between Genette’s (...) and Daniel Arasse’s reflections on restoration and the history of art, highlighting their similarities and differences with Cesare Brandi’s theory of restoration and, therefore, pointing out their as yet undischarged debts to Sartre’s phenomenology of image. Este artigo explora a dialogicidade do objeto da Estética Peirciana. Seguindo Herbart, o pragmaticista americano, em seu relato mais maduro (1911), concebe a Estética como uma ciência que lida com os dois tipos de τὸ καλόν, a saber, com a nobreza da conduta (realizada na ação) e com a beleza sensual (experimentada na arte natureza), embora predilete sistematicamente pela primeira, isto é, pelo estudo das condições da imaginação de um fim último admirável em si mesmo (considerando assim o fim esteticamente (...) em sua primeiridade, como uma qualidade possível) e que é pressuposto no estudo das condições de sua atualização como summum bonum (considerando assim o fim eticamente em sua segundidade, como norma que fundamenta relações diádicas de conformidade de conduta autocontrolada a ele). Como a (des)aprovação estética dos fins revela o fundamento último de imaginar a unidade de uma possível identidade prática, a Estética revela as condições de uma liberdade interior que torna a conduta autogovernada possível em primeiro lugar; não, porém, como dado transcendental, mas como resultado de práticas pedagógicas (Seção I). Em seguida, analisamos como a dialogicidade estética se origina da postura de primeira pessoa da questão fundamental que ela faz: “[O] que estou procurando?” (II.1); diferenciamos os partidos, fases e pressupostos dessa dialogicidade (II.2), e analisamos o papel de um ideal – em sua concretização metodológica como hábito de se sentir “crescido sob a influência de um curso de autocrítica e de heterocríticas” – joga pela causalidade semiótica envolvida na formação da conduta (II.3). O texto investiga a dimensão “labiríntica” sociedade contemporânea do ponto de vista de sua autocompreensão conceitual, e a dimensão do “esquecimento” do real concreto, que caracteriza esta sociedade do ponto de vista de suas relações humano-ecológicas; a “emergência” do eticamente “excepcional” no real “estado de exceção em que vivemos”, em um cruzamento de categorias levinasianas e benjaminianas, é apresentada como uma possibilidade de escapar a algumas das dificuldades categoriais da filosofia política contemporânea. ABSTRACT The text discusses the contemporary society as a society marked by a “labyrinth of abstract concepts”, of its self-understanding, and by the strong incapacity to remember the real concrete, from the standpoint of its human, ecological relations. The emergency of the ethically “exceptional” in the actual “state of exception where we live”, in the intersection of Levinasian and Bejaminian categories, is presented as a possibility to escape some categorical difficulties of contemporary political philosophy. In the distinction 27 of the Commentaries on the four books of Sentences of Master Peter Lombard, in that question where the proper meaning of the concept “Word” is discussed and clarified, Bonaventure invokes the authority of the anselmian thought, as it is exposed upon the several pages of the Monologion, for the conclusion of the problem and the solution of the dissensions. Taking, therefore, such text as the starting point of our incursion on the philosophy of the monk of (...) Le Bec, our aim is to reflect on the mediating character of the Word in the creational act, and on the way in which it becomes the interpretational key of the philosophical question of the one and the multiple. It is this relation between the one and the multiple, in which the mystery of creation is enclosed, that, in its turn, will find Strong aesthetical resonances, within the philosophy of the Seraphic Doctor founded on a certain conception of beauty, of Augustinian matrix, that defines it as “aequalitas nunierosa”, i.e., as unity of the multiplicity. The idea of ​​an aesthetics of existence deals first with meditation. Namely, the reflection on the one hand of what we call aesthetics, on the other of what we call existence, and again this consideration includes the relationship of one with the other. According to its origin, the term aesthetic [aisthēsis] means to perceive, feel or hear something. The word existence [existemi], according to its origin, means something that exists, something that is there. Thus existence also means being there. This paper, accompanying Baeumler’s 1922 essay on Croce, illustrates the German philosopher’s thesis that modern thought on beauty does lead to aesthetics only when, with Kant, it acquires a notion of taste, understood as the sensible manifestation of the concrete individuality of man.
