Abstract
The article describes the implementation of the educational institutions of the principles of early access to quality education, employment training, education of the person in the team and the community, which is important for the Ukrainian educational system in the light of the process of reforming the educational sphere. For the future of the Ukrainian school important and relevant questions remain about the early development of personality-oriented education, the effectiveness of the school, the optimal ratio of the individual and the collective, the impact of labor education in the formation of personality, career choices. These fundamental principles are invited to explore through the prism of Marxist theoretical reflection, because the founders of this theory have tried to solve these complex approaches to equality and justice. What is relevant in our globalized world. Educational institutions are a wide range of studies to philosophy, culture, educators, economists, psychologists, specialists of the State management of education, political scientists studied education policy. The same issues engaged in a separate section of philosophical science – philosophy of education. In this context, our research, starting to analyze theoretical and methodological foundations of educational institutions in contemporary culture, to consider the feasibility of educational institutions in the experience of the Marxist theoretical reflection. Because the first systematic study of education and training, focusing on the education, was made by representatives of Marxist theory, like its founders, Marx, Engels and their followers.
