Abstract

The article analyzes the intergovernmental relations in the world and their impact on the socio-economic development of regions. Determined that the public policy of the EU aims to increase the competitiveness of each region and the level of socio-economic development of the poorest regions. For the purpose of socio-economic development to the executive branch of local government powers entrusted to implement the budget.
