Future Schools offers an in-depth analysis of our current educational crisis and a comprehensive blueprint for change. Dixon proposes innovative, often controversial, but always common-sense reforms in such hotly debated areas as testing, destreaming, teachingmethods, and the curriculum. He also provides a much needed view of the bigger picture, placing these issues within the context of children's rights, and their roles in society, present and future.
