Abstract

Il contributo intende sviluppare alcune riflessioni e delineare alcune piste di lavoro movendo dal focus dedicato dalla Rivista al tema della valutazione. In particolare sono approfonditi tre snodi concettuali: a) il rapporto fra le operazioni di misurazione,valutazione e decisione b) l’integrazione fra pratiche valutative interne ed esterne c) la relazione fra valutazione e sviluppo professionale ed organizzativo.The paper explores the topic of evaluation in the school context both from theorical and methodological point of view. In particular, the attention is focused on three turning points: a) the relationship among measurement, evaluation and decision making, b)the integration between internal and external evaluative practices, c) the virtuous circle between evaluation and professional and organizational development
