Abstract
In the digital age, chatbots have emerged as essential tools for automating communication and
improving user experiences across various sectors. This paper presents a Chatbot Assistant System powered by Natural
Language Processing (NLP) to provide intelligent, context-aware, and real-time responses to user queries. The system
incorporates NLP techniques, such as text preprocessing, intent recognition, and entity extraction, to facilitate effective
interactions. We explore the architecture, working principles, and applications of the system, along with its
performance evaluation in different domains.
